Can I whiten my teeth if I have
fillings?
Yes! Fillings will not have any impact on whitening your teeth with the Cleaner Smile products.
Are there any products available for sensitive teeth?
At Cleaner Smile , we understand sensitive smiles. We have developed a line of whitening products featuring high-quality activated charcoal to gently whiten your teeth while detoxifying your entire mouth and freshening your breath.
Are the Cleaner Smile products safe?
Yes! The Cleaner Smile products are safe to use. Follow instructions included in your user manual. All Cleaner Smile Teeth Whitening Kits, Pens, and Gels are Manufactured in a facility Registered and Certified by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
What should I do if I get any of the Cleaner Smile Club teeth whitening gel on my lips or gums?
Our Teeth Whitening Gel should only be used on your teeth. If you get any of the serum on your lips, gums or cheeks, wipe it off as best and as quickly as you can.
Are products safe if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
The Cleaner Smile products are not intended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your physician prior to use.
Are products safe for children?
The Cleaner Smile products are not intended for children under 12 years old.
My yellow teeth are caused from a lesion or medication I am taking, can I use the Cleaner Smile products?
The Cleaner Smile products should not be used if your yellow or stained teeth are caused by a lesion, medication or severe decay.
Will Cleaner Smile products work on crooked teeth?
Yes! Crooked teeth won’t impact the whitening properties of the Cleaner Smile Club products.

What is the difference between the Cleaner Smile Club Regular and Maximum Strength Led Teeth Whitening Kits?
Our Regular Strength Kit includes teeth whitening gel with 35% carbamide peroxide. Our Maximum Strength formulation was developed with 44% carbamide peroxide to tackle more stubborn, set-in stains.
When can I expect to see results?
You will notice results just one hour after your first use. Use the included shade chart to track your progress.
How long will my results last?

How long should I use the Cleaner Smile Led Teeth Whitening Kit for?
Use the Cleaner Smile Teeth Whitening Kit one a day for 21 days. Then maintain your results by using 1-2 times weekly.
Is the LED mouthpiece waterproof?
Yes, rinse mouthpiece with warm water after each use and store in a cool dry place.

What is the difference between the Cleaner Smile Club Teeth Whitening Pen and the Teeth Whitening Kit?
The Teeth Whitening Pens should be used in conjunction with the LED mouthpiece, available in our kits, to whiten teeth in just 15 minutes.
When does the gel in my pens expire?
The Gel in your pens will expire approximately 9 months after your orders arrives. Heat may accelerate the expiration date, and pens should be stored in a cool and dry location.
When can I expect to see results?

Will the Cleaner Smile Charcoal Toothbrush, Toothpaste and Powder whiten my teeth?
The Cleaner Smile ’s line of charcoal products were developed to gently lift surface stains for an appearance of whiter teeth, while detoxing your mouth and freshening your breath.
What is the difference between the Cleaner Smile Charcoal Toothpaste and the Charcoal Powder?
Our Charcoal Toothpaste is made with Bamboo Charcoal and designed to be used in addition to a daily dental care routine of brushing at least twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste.
Our Charcoal Powder is made from Coconut Charcoal and can be used with our Charcoal Toothpaste, by applying a small amount to the toothpaste and brushing gently to remove surface stains. Alternatively, you can apply the charcoal directly to the teeth using our bamboo charcoal toothbrush and allowing to remain on the surface for 1-3 minutes, before rinsing.
As our products do not contain fluoride, it is important that you continue a daily dental routine of brushing at least twice daily using a fluoride toothpaste.
Are Your Charcoal Teeth Whitening Products Safe?
Yes, when used as directed. Our Charcoal toothpaste has a Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA) score of 47, and our Charcoal powder a score of 165. The Relative Dentin Abrasivity (RDA) is a scale and scoring system developed by the ADA. The maximum safe RDA level according to the ADA is 250. The ADA does not certify products that do not contain fluoride.
If I have allergies, are these products safe?
Our Charcoal Whitening Gel, Charcoal Whitening Powder and Charcoal Whitening Strips are derived from Coconut Shells. Although processed at high heat to create Activated Carbon, it may contain trace amounts of tree nuts.
Can I use the Cleaner Smile Charcoal Toothpaste and the Charcoal Powder with a traditional toothbrush?
Yes! These products will work with any toothbrush, but we do recommend our Charcoal Toothbrush for an even bigger whitening boost.
